KAVYRN (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a small-batch fragrance brand operating in Malaysia. This website, kavyrn.com, is owned and operated by KAVYRN.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KAVYRN. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page and take effect upon posting. Continued use of this site signifies your acceptance.

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate registration information
• Be responsible for all activity on your account
• Keep your password secure and not share it
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and prices, but occasional errors may occur. If we discover errors, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders with incorrect pricing (and provide a full refund)
• Correct product information
• Discontinue products due to supply constraints

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes.

Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs when we send order confirmation by email.

Payment must be completed at checkout using our accepted methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including for: out-of-stock items, failed payment, suspected fraud.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within stated timeframes, but delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See checkout for current shipping rates.

We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, and select Southeast Asian countries.

Unopened products: Within 30 days of receipt, in original packaging, eligible for full refund. Return shipping is at customer expense unless the product is defective.

Opened products: For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances are non-returnable. If there is a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Discovery Sets: Non-returnable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days.

All site content — including the KAVYRN name, trademarks, text, images, design, and fragrance formulas — is the property of KAVYRN or used with permission, protected by Malaysian and international IP laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or otherwise commercially use this content without our written consent.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law
• Infringe the rights of others
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to harvest data
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Our products are provided “as is.” While all fragrances are dermatologically tested, individual skin chemistry varies. We do not guarantee freedom from allergic reactions. Test on a small skin area before first full use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAVYRN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably; failing that, they shall be submitted to the courts of Malaysia.
